Last Saturday, I had this craving for “pan mee” (translation is flat flour noodle) usually prepared in soup or dry mixed with thick soy sauce and nowadays, even with hot chilli in it. Yummy.. The texture of the flat flour noodle, thickness of the noodle is medium size, it has the bouncy feeling when chewed, is what I like about them. The aste, the excitement of the spicy-ness and combination is simply tantalizing.

2. Traditional Pan Mee soup, if you like it spicy, you may add in the hot chilli into the soup [Size: Big, RM7.00]
